Description

A meeting in continuity to discuss preparation for ISA sponsored CME was held on 29th at PGICH attended by.
1. Dr. Kapil Singhal.
2. Dr. Peeyush chaudhary.
3. Dr.(Prof) Mukul Jain.
4. Dr. Subrat Dam.
5. Dr. Poonam Motiani.
6. Dr. Sameer bolia
7. Dr. Sonia Mathura.
8. Dr. Deepak thapa.
9. Dr. Gaurav kumar.
10. Dr. Vinay.

1. There is a need to expedite registration of members. Dr. Sonia and Dr. S. Dam will coordinate after ascertaining list of registered and non registered members from Shreya
2. To talk with medical College heads (Rama, Saraswati,Sharda, GIMS) and provide feedback. Dr. Peeyush and Prof Mukul to supervise.
3. Cricket ground events and itinerary including logistics were discussed. Field team allocated...Drs .... Peeyush, Mukul, Gaurav, Kapil and Vinay to look after the event.
4. Rules and regulations, team shifting and ground allocation discussed, revised and a copy to be posted
5. Medals, Bats, t- Shirts including volunteer t- Shirts, snacks, ground decoration and Lunch arrangements finalized. 2 Ground men , chairs, extra balls for smooth running of the event.
6. Physiotherapist on ground
7. Dr. Sameer to look after prize distribution.
8. Transport facility to be looked after by Dr. Mukul.
9. Directions, signages and banners to be supervised by Dr. Deepak thapa.
10. Media coverage by Dr. Mukul Jain.
11. CME - Entry, badges, registration, lunch coupans, folders, pen under supervision of Dr. Deepak thapa/Dr. Vinay.
12. Banquet start responsibility on 15th under Dr. Dam.
13. Shawl purchase by Dr. Peeyush and Dr. Sonia.
14. Master of ceremonies - Drs....Ankita, Shikha, Kritika, Seema, Vibha.
15. Next meeting will be held on 3rd/4th March at PGICH to be attended maximally by organizers.
