1. Gifts ...Stolls purchase, Fancy name signage finalized for dignitaries. Stickers for Stolls.
2. Layout plan of stalls to be presented at the next meeting.
3. List of all sponsors to be shared in the next meeting.
4. NIMS PGs are to be registered, and Dr. Col Ahluwalia M.S. NIMS is to be contacted again for need.
5. Reception on cricket ground on 15th February... Ground A- Dr. Peeyush, Dr. Mukul, Dr. Vibha. Ground B - Dr. Kapil, Dr. Sameer, Dr. Gaurav.
6. Transport and food on 15th during cricket match - Dr. Ankita.
7. Reception during Banquet - Dr. Subrat Dam, Dr. Deepak Thapa.
8. Reception & Registration during registration for CME- Dr. Sonia Mathura.
9. Master of ceremony - as per list prepared by Dr. Kapil.
10. The next meeting is fixed for Saturday - 8th February at 1 PM at PGICH.
