Description

GBM of ISA Noida GB Nagar branch was held on 10-02-23 at Arun Vihar Institute Club, Noida.

Almost 32 Anesthesia colleagues attended the meeting and introduced themselves.

After that GBM was started and the following agendas were discussed and passed-

1. Appraisal about branch activities till date and various awards received- first of all, the Secretary of the branch Dr. Mukul Jain appraised the house about the activities of the branch to date and also appraised the house about the various awards received during National ISA conference 2022. All members were in agreement with same.
2. Then the Dr Sameer Bolia finance secretary of the branch appraised the house about the financial activities till date. House was in agreement of same.
3. Inclusion of more members in executive body – for smooth functioning of the association, it was decided that some more members have to be included in the executive body. For same, Dr Sonia Wadhva, Dr Deepak Thapa, Dr Vibha Chhabra and Dr Amandeep were decided to include. Dr Poonam motiani was nominated as nodal officer for academic activities.
4. Continuity of Dr Kapil Singhal as President of Association – Recently , in National Executive Body, it was decided that anyone can’t hold two posts simultaneously. For that it was also decided that if GB of any association decided to exempt this rule for themselves or any new association may exempt from it. As Dr Kapil Singhal has worked hard to establish this branch and also performed whole heartedly to organise various activities for association, it was decided for Dr Kapil Singhal to continue as President unanimously.
5. Annual CME of Branch- It was decided to conduct an annual CME of branch and this year it will be held in April. Rs 1000/- was decided as minimum registration fee for same. Bids to conduct this CME will be invited from different Institutes/ Hospitals, Though Dr Subrat Dham Gave his consent to conduct same at Kailash Hospital sector 71 Noida.
6. Indeminity Insurance- The issue of indeminity insurance was raised and it is decided if all in agreement, the discussion may be done from a reputed company at branch level.
