Description

A meeting of Executive Body was held on 10-04-2023 at 4:30 PM at Metro Hospital Noida. Following agendas were discussed and finalised-

1. Contribution for participation in Bareilly ISA branch activity – Bareilly ISA branch is going to organise an ISA sponsored CME along cricket league on 12-13 May 2023. The approximate expenditure to participate in this activity is Rs 12K. It was decided to give RS 5000/- by the life member and the remaining amount will be paid from branch account to first 12 life members participating in cricket league and academic activity. Interested life member is required to deposit his part by 15 April positively.
2. Annual day CME – the annual day CME will be organised on 22/23 July 2023. Interested institute/hospital may bid for same till 15 May 2023.
3. Academic activity of branch on Hospital infection control – An 3 day academic activity on HIC will be held in association with Metro Hospital sector 11 Noida on 20-23 April 2023. The venue will be conference hall, 6th floor, Metro Hospital sector 11 Noida. The registration charge will be Rs 500/-.
4. Closure of GST – it was decided to close the GST account of branch, taken during the upisacon.
