Description

The EB meeting was held on 24-12-2021 at Metro Hospital Noida at 05:00 PM in hybrid mode. Majority of members except Dr Nazia and Dr T K Saxena, attended the meeting. The following agendas were discussed and agreed-

1. Agenda regarding difference in society registration constitution- There are some differences in constitution received from Registrar office because of unforeseen errors including but not limited to Hindi translation. It was passed unanimously that our initial constitution is final and accepted for all purposes. Differences will be amended later on in Registrar office on suitable time.
2. Membership drive- It has been decided that Dr Bakshi and Dr Rahul will be shared all the list of members. They have to compare and compile all the list to make a final list of Anesthesiologists working/ residing in GB Nagar and try their best to make member of society i.e ISA National member and ISA Noida Gautam budha Nagar city branch member by filling the forms and submitting membership fees. Date for completion of this work is 15th Feb 2022.
3. Dr Sameer is supposed to share list of paid members and issue a receipt to all of them.
4. Annual UP chapter conference-
1. Date- the date in last week of September (23-25) was proposed and discussed with Dr Apurva Agarwal Hon Secretary, UP ISA and finalised. A mail regarding same will be sent to all concerned at earliest to book date. (DR Kapil Singhal)
2. Dr Kapil Singhal agreed for Organizing Secretary for the conference, Dr Mukul Kumar Jain as Organizing Chairman/ Scientific Chairman after talking to Dr Gurnani.(Dr Kapil, Dr Peeyush and dr Mukul). This has to be completed by next week.
3. Various venues were discussed to hold the conference and it has been decided to discuss these after further after detail enquiry.
4. Need of event organiser is discussed and decided that it will be finalized after discussion with some companies. Dr Kapil have few quotations, all the other members are requested to ask for fresh quotations from their sources.
5. Once key positions for UP ISACON are decided, a zoom meeting will be called with extended body to finalize other details.
6. The website and letter pad will be decided by Dr Piyush and Dr Deepak Thapa.
