Description

A meeting of extended EB ISA Noida GB Nagar was held on 19-01-22 in Metro Hospital, Noida in hybrid mode. Agenda of meeting was Organisation of UP ISACON 2022.

President Dr Kapil briefed the body about the upcoming UPISACON 22, and informed that the date for workshop and conference has been finalized as 23-25 September 2022, after due approval from Hon State Secretary and national body.

Following members were finalized for the UPISACON 22 organising committee
1. Organising Chairman- Dr Mukul Kumar Jain
2. Organising Co- Chairman- Dr Peeyush Chaudhary
3. Secretary- Dr Kapil Singhal
4. Joint Secretary- Dr Abhisek k Deshwal
5. Treasure- Dr Sameer Bolia.
6. Scientific Chairman- Dr Anil K Gurnani

7. The other subcommittee for the conference will be
a. Patron
b. Advisory Board
c. Scientific committee
d. Registration Committee
e. Technical and Media
f. Travel and Transport Committee
g. Accomodation Committee
h. Sports and Cultural Committee
i. Other sub committee

The various venues for the conference were also discussed and following has to be evaluated further to finalize:
1. Steller Gymkhana, Greater Noida
2. Sharda Hospital, Greater Noida

Dr Kapil Singhal also talked about the various other subcommittees of the conference and about the expected expenditure of the conference- i.e. 30 Lakhs.

After that the house was opened for all members to give their suggestions. The following members gave their inputs and have shown their intent for different roles as
1. Dr Amandeep- voluenteered for Transport or Accomodation subcommittee. He also agreed to raise sponsors for conference.
2. Dr Vibha- Scientific Committee/ workshop
3. Dr Kamini- expressed her views in favour of Steller Gymkhana as venue
4. Dr Anutam- advised to choose theme for conference and select the faculty for conference., agreed to be a part of scientific committee
5. Dr Poonam- give her opinion on theme and suggested “Expanding Horizon in Anaesthesia”, she also volueenteered for scientific committee/ workshop
6. Dr Sonia- Reception Committee
7. Dr Ridhima- Scientific Committee, She adviced to hold a workshop/ a session on research methodology.

It was decided to suggest theme for conference by all members, and surprise gift for selected theme.

Dr Rahul was given the the responsibility of Media.

Dr Rahul Anuragi, Anesthetist may be asked for cultural event during the conference.
